• This is probably the most well-deserved review I have ever left. I live in Southern California and was looking for a company to custom design newel posts for a stair remodel.

  I was fortunate enough to come across Belle Artae and Brett Arrowood was the person that responded to my inquiry.

  Brett helped us through every step of the process and was integral in the process of creating a conceptual design, shop drawing, and ultimately the finished product. The shop drawing was very helpful (and not offered by other businesses we considered) because we were assured that the newel posts would fit within the current stair dimensions. It also proved extremely helpful as we provided it to our local stair contractor so that he could continue moving forward with the project.

  The ETA for our newels was about 6 weeks out and Brett knew that we needed them as quickly as possible. So I'm certain that when he had to contact us a few weeks before they were expected to arrive to let us know that his craftsman had Covid and would delay them was probably the last thing that he wanted to do. Our jaws literally dropped when Brett reached out, told us what happened and that they had contacted a local competitor to do the work for us and ship it with minimal delay. This sort of service is non-existent today, I am still amazed.

  Throughout the process, we received update emails from Brett about progress, shipping, tracking, etc. and he even checked in to see how the project came out. The newels arrived in perfect condition and were well protected to ensure no damage occurred in transit to us. They were fabulous in their simplicity and craftsmanship, exactly what we were looking for and the finished product was beyond our expectations.

  I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and I hope that they remain in business for many many years to come! I hope that they hold on tightly to Brett, he is definitely a keeper! Thank you Belle Artae!
