Our panel doors are available as one panel, two panel, three panel, up to nine panel, including the ever popular six panel. Glass doors include one lite up to 18 lite or more, with common French style 9 lite, 12 lite, 15 lite, and 18 lite. Glass and panel doors may have nearly any combination of the above, depending on size and design. Custom configurations are always an option.

All doors are available prehung or slab only. Pre-hung, single-swing units are machined for cylinder or mortise lock, double swinging pair doors get ball catches or T-astragal and flushbolts.  Pocket doors can be ordered with or without track.

Interior doors are normally shipped knocked-down for reassembly on site, whereas exterior door units are usually shipped setup.

Special designs featuring textured panels

We offer special doors featuring unique textured panels made from metal and natural stone. Metals available include, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, titanium, zinc, and more. Many species to select from

Our doors are available in a variety of species. Interior paint-grade doors are commonly poplar with low-emission NAUF (No Added Urea Formaldehyde) MDF panels, but we also offer solid MDF doors too. Stain-grade doors are available in cherry, white oak, red oak, mahogany, birch, walnut, maple, alder, and more exotic species like anigre or makore. Exterior doors are usually genuine mahogany, African mahogany, sipo, sapele, Spanish cedar, or white oak.

Eco-friendly bamboo too

If you are looking for a green alternative to traditional hardwoods, bamboo is an excellent choice for its fast-growing, renewable qualities. Bamboo can fully regenerate in 10 years, and requires no fertilization, pesticides or irrigation. Bamboo doors are usually ordered as flush or flat-panel doors, and they can come prehung in a bamboo or a paint-grade poplar jamb. Panel doors contain the same, low-emission NAUF MDF as our standard doors. Bamboo doors are durable, beautiful, and eco-friendly and may contribute LEED points.

Square, arched, curved, and more

Doors can be made square-top, arched-top, round-top, curved, even compound curved (both arched and curved). Our mortise and tenon doors are available with dozens of sticking and panel choices. Glass options include tempered plain, beveled, and insulated units, and more, plus custom artisan leaded glass.
 
Our doors are available as 20, 45, 60 and 90 minute rated fire doors to meet most code requirements. They come with self-closing hinges and rabbeted jambs, and best of all, they match the design details of all other doors in the house.
